Battery with a hoe Sandra Judd, 59, of the 800 block of 14th Ave. Montgomery, was charged with battery after she allegedly hit a neighbor with a garden hoe during a dispute, at about 2:50 p.m. April 7, according to Montgomery police reports. A vehicle was broken into sometime between March 20 and 21 in the 2300 block of Patron Lane and a GPS was stolen, according to a Montgomery Police report. Bryan Hibben, 28, of the 2500 block of Deerpoint Road, Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence at about 2:20 a.m. March 23 near Galena and Orchard roads, according to Montgomery Police reports. He was initially stopped for improper lane usage. DUI Anthony Hislop, 18, of the 0-99 block fo Winter Hill Circle, Montgomery was charged at about 5 a.m. Dec. 1 with driving under the influence, operating an uninsured vehicle, unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis of less than 2.5 grams, according to Montgomery police. He was stopped at Ashand and River Street, police said. Wheels stolen Someone stole four wheels off a Cadillac Escalade at about 1:30 a.m. Nov. 30, according to Montgomery police reports. The thieves also entered the SUV and stole a laptop computer and a radar detector. The total loss was estimated at $4,700.
