Thieves Suck Fuel from Vehicles: Police

Theft A business owner reported someone syphoned 70 gallons of diesel fuel from two delivery trucks that were parked in a parking lot sometime before 9:30 a.m. April 27 in the 600 block of S. Railroad, according to Montgomery police. Marijuana possession Brad Armstrong, of the 2400 block of Geneva Lane Montgomery, was arrested for possession of cannabis at about 11:30 p.m. April 27 in the 2400 block of Geneva Lane after police stopped his vehicle for not having any headlights, according to Montgomery police. Woman Facing Charges After Hitting Neighbor with Garden Hoe: Police

Battery with a hoe Sandra Judd, 59, of the 800 block of 14th Ave. Montgomery, was charged with battery after she allegedly hit a neighbor with a garden hoe during a dispute, at about 2:50 p.m. April 7, according to Montgomery police reports. The victim received minor injuries. Attempted Burglary A resident in the 700 block of Oakton Road reported that someone forced open the front door to the home before 1 p.m. April 6, according to Montgomery police. Retail theft Roberto Anaya-Jasso, 24, and Claudia Fregoso-Carrillo, 28, both of the 600 block of North Ave, Aurora, were arrested and charged with retail theft after they concealed $70 in merchandise and left a store in at 1900 Douglas Road without paying at about 2:20 p.m. April 1, according to Montgomery police reports.  Drug paraphernalia possession Johana Campos, 20 of the 200 block of Cedar Ave. Aurora, a passenger in a vehicle stopped by police at about 12:10 a.m. March 30 at Douglas Road and Parker Avenue was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, after officers located a device used to smoke cannabis in the vehicle, according to Montgomery police reports. Drivers Charged with DUI: Montgomery Police Blotter

A look at recent Montgomery police reports.

A vehicle was broken into sometime between March 20 and 21 in the 2300 block of Patron Lane and a GPS was stolen, according to a Montgomery Police report. Bryan Hibben, 28, of the 2500 block of Deerpoint Road, Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence at about 2:20 a.m. March 23 near Galena and Orchard roads, according to Montgomery Police reports. He was initially stopped for improper lane usage. Tyler Perkins, 20, of the 1100 block of Long Grove, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence at about 3 a.m. March 24 near Montgomery Road and Crown Street, according to Montgomery police reports. He was initially stopped for driving without lights when required, police said.

Hundreds in Damages at Montgomery Business: Police

DUI Gerardo Aguilar, 41, of the 400 block Frankfurt Drive, Oswego, was arrested for DUI after police stopped his vehicle for not having a rear registration plate light at about 12:35 a.m. March 17 near Douglas Road and Route 30, according to Montgomery police.  Damage to business A business in the 1700 block of Douglas Road reported that someone damaged two coin-operated machines that were inside someitme before 9 p.m. March 16, causing an estimated $600 in damages, according to Montgomery police reports. DUI John Weiffenbach, 18, of the 15000 block of Timber Drive, Plainfield, was arrested for DUI after a witness observed his vehicle drive off the roadway almost striking a pole at about 11:30 p.m. March 16, according to Montgomery police …

Montgomery Police Blotter: Wheels Jacked from Cadillac

A look at this week's Montgomery police reports.

DUI Anthony Hislop, 18, of the 0-99 block fo Winter Hill Circle, Montgomery was charged at about 5 a.m. Dec. 1 with driving under the influence, operating an uninsured vehicle, unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis of less than 2.5 grams, according to Montgomery police. He was stopped at Ashand and River Street, police said.  Wheels stolen Someone stole four wheels off a Cadillac Escalade at about 1:30 a.m. Nov. 30, according to Montgomery police reports. The thieves also entered the SUV and stole a laptop computer and a radar detector. The total loss was estimated at $4,700.
