District 308 Announces New Finance Advisory Committee
Finance committee is one of four committees that will be made up of parents, school officials and board members.
The finance and operations advisory committee will be the first of four advisory committees created in Oswego District 308, as announced Monday at the school board meeting. Superintendent Matthew Wendt proposed the idea of different advisory committees back in October that would be made of a mix of parents, Oswego residents, staff members and board members. The goal of the committees was to provide an additional voice to the board and offer more in-depth discussion on a multitude of issues.
