Police Blotter: Man Nets Felony Aggravated DUI Charge During Traffic Stop
Officers allegedly found an open can of an alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle.
Enemesio Bravo-Ramirez, 36, of the 400 block of South Commonwealth Avenue, Aurora, was charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:20 a.m. Nov. 4 at Lincoln and Ashland Avenue after police stopped his vehicle for disobeying a stop sign, police said. Reports state Bravo-Ramirez was also issued citations for driving while license is suspended and illegal transportation of alcohol after officers found an open can of an alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle.
