An Oswego-area man was charged on Christmas Eve with domestic battery for allegedly throwing a coffee cake at a family member and striking him with his fists, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Kyle Anthony Rhoden, 19, of the 0-99 block of Ingleshire Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 24 at his residence and charged with domestic battery and assault, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies. Rhoden had allegedly thrown the coffee cake and proceeded to hit the victim with his fists after the victim refused to give him money, said the Sheriff’s office.
