Orchard Road BP Re-Opens

The BP Gas Station is now owned by B & R Oil.

For those that have missed filling up their tanks at the BP Gas Station on Orchard Road and Route 34, you'll be glad to know it has been re-opened. The location opened late last week, said Village administrator Steve Jones. It closed unexpectedly last September, although the BP on Route 34 and Douglas owned by the same person remained open. The BP is now owned by B & R Oil out of Michigan, said Jones. The location received a liquor license approval at the Tuesday night Village of Oswego board meeting.  Jones said the location will be doing some promotions in the coming weeks and possibly getting some renovations done inside.

If they need some direction check out the BP's in Plano, Newark where the Fuel prices are right and they actually use the Deli and keep an assortment of stocked items. Go over to the one on Douglas to see how a crappy BP is run with a bunch of empty shelves and High Gas prices   more ›

Orchard Road BP Gas Station Closes

Location on Douglas remains open.

Gas prices have been dropping, but don’t expect to fill up your tank at the BP Gas Station at Orchard Route and 34. The location has been confirmed closed, according to Village Economic Development Director Tony Lucenko. It has been closed since at least Sept. 18. The BP on Douglas and Route 34, owned by the same person, remains open. Despite several attempts, Patch was unable to reach the owner for comment
