Built in 2004, it hosts 844 students and is the district's largest elementary school. According to the Illinois State Board of Education, 84 percent of its students met or exceeded ISAT expectations in 2010. Located in the Boulder Hill neighborhood, just east of the Fox River, Boulder Hill Elementary serves 529 students. TheMore principal is Jeff Schafermeyer, and according to the Illinois State Board of Education, 80 percent of students in 2010 met or exceeded ISAT expectations. It is one of three Montgomery elementary schools owned by the Oswego Community Unit School District.

Principal Kevin Lipke calls Long Beach Elementary the Oswego School District's best-kept secret. Located south of RouteMore 30 and east of the Fox River, near Boulder Hill, the school serves 640 students. According to the Illinois State Board of Education, 86 percent of those students met or exceeded ISAT expectations in 2010, up from 83 percent in 2009.
