I just traveled from MI to KY over the weekend and finding someone doing just 5 MPH over the limit was a real challenge. We had to do 10 - 15 over just to keep from getting rear ended even in clearly marked and patrolled construction zones.
Anytime I make a point that we do have posted speed limits that are expected to be obeyed, the usual response is some gibberish about Europe's speed limits, the Autobahn or the equivalent to FU. If you're going to refuse to follow the rules, you ought not have a driver's license.
