Snapshot: Steppin' Up for Simpson
Students at Boulder Hill Elementary supported teacher Jo Simpson's lung cancer awareness cause.
The students and staff of Boulder Hill Elementary participated in “Steppin’ Up for Simpson” during the month of March.
The whole school participated in a Walk-a-thon in PE walking over 500 miles during one day of PE, as well as selling bracelets and T-shirts to support Mrs. Jo Simpson’s cause of Lung Cancer Awareness.
The efforts of the school resulted in over $2,000 being donated to the American Cancer Society.
