Montgomery Native Playing Soccer at Indiana Tech
Jess Alvarez came to Tech as a transfer from Waubonsee Community College.

Indiana Tech junior Jess Alvarez of Montgomery has assisted the Warriors to an 11-3 season record. The Warriors are currently 3-1 in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play.
Alvarez, a midfielder and a defender, came to Tech as a transfer from Waubonsee Community College. With Waubonsee, Alvarez competed in the NJCAA Division I National Finals in Melbourne, Florida, and was part of the first women’s team from northern Illinois to ever reach the finals. So far this season for the Warriors, Alvarez has appeared in seven games.

The Warriors continue conference play at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, where they will host Lawrence Tech.
