The Eldercare Journey and Longevity Planning -Presented by Law ElderLaw

This presentation describes the journey that we embark upon as we age from the healthy, vigorous senior, to fragile senior in need of full time care. The focus is on the misconceptions and confusion about who is going to pay for our care as we grow older and long term care issues arise. Longevity planning discusses how traditional estate planning may be ineffective in protecting assets when a family is hit by a wrecking ball of a long term illness such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s Disease.
