The question:

One candidate has suggested returning to a village administrator form of government. How do you feel about the current village manager system? Do you see this as an area where the village could save money?

The current village manager system is not working for the village and needs to return to a trustee form of government. I see the cost of a village administrator instead of a village manager would be considerably less to fund, and the decision making would once again be put back into the hands of the elected officials.
