Kane County Election Complaint Hotline Open for Tuesday Primary

Kane County State's Attorney Joe McMahon will once again offer a hotline for complaints of illegal election activity during Tuesday's primary.

Elections are sacred things, but they’re not always treated that way.

That’s why Kane County State’s Attorney Joe McMahon maintains an election complaint line, for those who see or experience “voting problems or irregularities” on Election Day.

On Tuesday, that election complaint line will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., and will be staffed by Kane County assistant state’s attorneys. The hotline is there to document instances of electioneering, illegally placed campaign signs, and denial of voters’ rights at any of the county’s polling places.
