Festivities for President Barack Obama's second inauguration will take place Monday. The second inauguration ceremony will start at 10:30 a.m. CST, followed by the inaugural parade, commander-in-chief's ball and the inaugural ball.
Inauguration festivities will be broadcast by several networks, including NBC, ABC, CW, PBS and CNN.
