“Got the Dot?” Presentation at Montgomery Village Hall
This program is being offered by the village of Montgomery as part of its Senior Citizen Program.

A free presentation on Illinois’ “Got the Dot?” program will be offered at the at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 10.
An officer from the will explain this statewide initiative and how it could help save lives.

Those who are willing to participate in the Yellow Dot Program fill out a medical card which must contain their photo, emergency contact information, the name of their personal physician, any medical conditions, a list of recent surgeries, any allergies and current medications being taken. After the card is filled out, participants place it in their glove box, and put a yellow dot sticker on the back window.
This program is being offered by the as part of its Senior Citizen Program. There is no charge and the event is handicapped accessible.

The monthly Senior Lunch and activity will begin at 11 a.m. after the presentation. There is a $4 charge for the lunch and advance signup is requested.
