June 7 Walter E. Mius, 46, of the 5600 block of Fairview Avenue, Downers Grove, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. at Route 71 and Hollinbeck and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and 3 in state warrants, said Yorkville police. He was also cited for no insurance, improper lane usage and suspended registration.
June 4 June Marie Martinez, 29, of the 1300 block of Indian Trail, Aurora, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Cornell Lane, Bristol, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, said the Sheriff’s office. She was arrested after she drove to the Kendall County Public Safety Center to post bond for an inmate, according to reports.
Montgomery
Billy Ray Joyner, 50, of the 200 block of S. Highland Ave. Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence at about 11:45 p.m. June 7 at Ashland and Lincoln avenues, according to Montgomery Police. He was originally stopped for speeding, police said.
