Three Car Accident Results in DUI Charge: Kendall County DUI Arrests

A look at recent DUI arrests around Kendall County.

Sunday, Aug. 11 Scott Kelley, 39, of the 800 block of Kenmore, Aurora, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. at Montgomery and Crown and charged for driving under the influence police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage, said Montgomery police.

Saturday, Aug. 10 Allan V. Panganiban, 28, of the 0-99 block of Dylan Court, Oswego, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. at Ogden Falls Boulevard and Routed 34 and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. He was also cited with driving with expired registration and improper display of registration plate.

Friday, Aug. 9 Kenneth John Wyzkowski, 55, of the 300 block of North Avenue, Sycamore, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. at Route 47 and Bonnie Lane and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Sherif’s office. Deputies had received a 911 call of a reckless driver entering Kendall County from Grundy County on Route 47 and were able to locate the vehicle and make a traffic stop for improper lane usage.

Tuesday, Aug. 6 Donald A. Toutant, 29, of the 0-20 block of Fieldpoint, Montgomery, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. in the 5200 block of Route 34, Oswego, and charged with driving under the influence after being involved in a traffic accident, said the Sheriff’s office. Toutant rear-ended a vehicle stopped in traffic while traveling eastbound on Route 34, which pushed that vehicle into another vehicle.
