Theft

A business owner reported someone syphoned 70 gallons of diesel fuel from two delivery trucks that were parked in a parking lot sometime before 9:30 a.m. April 27 in the 600 block of S. Railroad, according to Montgomery police.

Brad Armstrong, of the 2400 block of Geneva Lane Montgomery, was arrested for possession of cannabis at about 11:30 p.m. April 27 in the 2400 block of Geneva Lane after police stopped his vehicle for not having any headlights, according to Montgomery police. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Dominic Lewis, 29, of the 1000 block of Harmony Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for retail theft after he concealed $11 in merchandise and left a store in the 1900 block of Douglas Road without paying at about 3:45 p.m. April 28, according to Montgomery police.
