Teen Found Staggering in Roadway; Ex Breaks into Home: Police Blotter

Teen Staggers in Roadway
Donnal Riley, 18, of the 5000 block of Baseline Road in Oswego, was charged with disorderly conduct. Police said Riley was staggering in the roadway at 2:45 a.m. near Lake and Case streets, and that he appeared under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Unlawful Restraint
A resident reported that a person she had a previous relationship with broke into a bedroom window and entered the home. The victim, who was unharmed, was detained against their will and their phone was taken. The suspect fled before police arrived, and the case is still under investigation.

FRIDAY, OCT. 18
Suspended License
Javier Machado, 23, of the 0-100 block of Whitney Way in Boulder Hill, was charged with driving with a suspended license after police stopped him for speeding at 12:10 a.m. near Orchard and Aucutt roads.
Renita Bell, 24, of the 2000 block of Best Place in Aurora, was charged with driving with a suspended license after police stopped her for having an expired license plate at 8:15 a.m. near Countryside and Orchard.Warrant Arrest
Ricardo Barrientos, 45, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive in Montgomery, was booked on a warrant for a disorderly conduct charge from the Aurora Police Department.
