Sunday, June 30
Criminal damage to property, illegal consumption of alcohol
Lawrence Michael Williams, 18, of the 0-99 block of Wyndham Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. at his residence and charged with criminal damage to property ad the illegal consumption of alcohol, said the Sheriff’s office.
Possession of drug paraphernalia, hypodermic syringes, cannabis; DWLS

Kimberly Ann Rowe, 26, of the 1100 block of Garden Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana; and Deanna Kim Crumb, 34, of the 1400 block of Zollars Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana, were arrested at 5:19 a.m. at Route 126 and Minkler Road, said the Sheriff’s office. Crumb, the driver, was stopped for an equipment violation and charged for driving on a suspended license as well as the possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Rowe, the passenger was charged with the possession of hypodermic syringes and the unlawful possession of prescription medication.

Victor Daniel Yepiz, 30, of the 200 block of Pemeroy, West Chicago, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. in the 100 block of Braeburn Road, Montgomery, and charged with a failure to appear warrant out of DuPage County on an assault charge, said the Sheriff’s office.
No valid driver’s license
A female juvenile was arrested at 12:02 a.m. at Route 37 and Beaver Street and charged for driving without a valid license after she was stopped for an equipment violation, said the Sheriff’s office
Friday, June 28
Possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of alcohol
Kyle Daniel-Quinn Johnson, 19, of the 100 block of North Wright Street, Naperville, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. at Cannonball Trail and Route 34, Yorkville, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of cannabis, said the Sheriff’s office.
No valid driver’s license
Joseph John Gallegos, 19, of the 16200 block of Michigan Court, Crest Hill, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. at Route 30 and Wolf Road and charged with driving without a valid license, said the Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for improper lane usage.
Traffic accident
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a traffic accident that occurred at 7:45 a.m. in the 8700 block of Van Emmon Road. The victim was struck by a train after arriving at a private crossing and ending up on the tracks with a train coming. The victim reported panicking and could not find the reverse and was subsequently struck by the train that was traveling approximately 8 to 10 miles per hour. No injuries were reported.
Thursday, June 27
Warrant, unlawful consumption of alcohol
Nicholas James Ryan, 19, of the 200 block of Morgan Valley Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. at Boulder Hill Pass and Seneca Drive, Oswego, and charged with an in state warrant out of the Chicago Police Department and the unlawful consumption of alcohol as a minor, said the Sheriff’s office.
Warrant
Christopher Sebastian Aguilera, 21, of the 1300 block of Talma street, Aurora, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. at East Merchants Drive and Fernwood Road and charged with a warrant out of Kendall County for failure to appear on possession of cannabis.
Wednesday, June 26
Domestic battery
Amanda L. Belinski, 20, of the 2300 block of Light Road, Oswego, was arrested at 12:46 p.m. at her residence and charged with domestic battery after she reportedly threw an item and hit a household member, said the Sheriff’s office.
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Patric L. Lyons, 25, of the 900 block of East Benton Street, Morris; and Meegan A. Dooley, 19, of the 2900 block of South Tynan Street, Mazon; were arrested at 4:50 p.m. at Walker and Lisbon Roads and charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia after they were stopped for speeding, said the Sheriff’s office. A k9 narcotics unit alerted to the presence of drugs and a search found the drug paraphernalia.
Warrant
Brandi Mykel Czenk, 34, of the 0-99 block of Dolphon Court, Oswego, was arrested at 7:48 a.m. at her residence and charged with an in state warrant out of LaSalle County for failure to appear unlicensed, said the Sheriff’s office.
Monday, June 24
DUI
Autumn Brooke Dole, 22, of the 300 block of North Eddy Street, Sandwich, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. at Kennedy Road and Bristol Ridge Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Sheriff’s office. She was also cited for improper lane usage.
Possession of cannabis, no valid license
Kurt A. Skinner, 22, of the 0-10 block of Yeadon, Oswego, was arrested at 5 p.m. at Saugatuck and Springdale and charged for driving without a valid license and the possession of cannabis, said the Sheriff’s office. He was stopped for speeding 43 mph in a 30 mph speed zone.
Theft
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported theft that occurred on June 22 at 3 p.m. in the 0-50 block of Timberview Lane. Gift cards with an undetermined amount of money were reported stolen. No suspects at this time.
Domestic battery, interfering with reporting of domestic violence
Josue Ortiz, 18, of the 0-100 block of Circle Drive East, Montgomery, was charged at 10 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence after deputies responded to an address in Kane County to discuss a reported battery, said the Sheriff’s office. Warrants are currently being sought for Ortiz pending charges.
Criminal damage to property
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at 7:20 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Marina Drive, Oswego. The victim’s mailbox, valued at $100, was damaged. A small white vehicle with two males was seen speeding away from the area shortly thereafter.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at 7:26 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Marina Drive, Oswego. The victim’s mailbox, valued at $100, was damaged. A small white vehicle with two males was seen speeding away from the area shortly thereafter.
