Monday, Nov. 22 

Just a little patience, yeah yeah

Several parents reported a man in a newer model Volkswagen Passat yelling obscenities at parents of students trying to get on buses in the 0-99 block of Ashlawn Avenue in Montgomery around 8 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The man was reportedly aggravated with the amount of time if took for students to board the bus, and began “verbally assaulting” parents and the bus driver, police said.

Broken doors, stolen phone

Kevin Cook, 49, of the 0-99 block of Afton Drive in Boulder Hill, was charged with theft and criminal damage to property after he allegedly damaged two doors at his wife’s home in the 0-99 block of Sonora Road in Oswego and stole a cell phone around 2:25 p.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Texted threats

Police responded to a home in the 0-99 block of Eastfield Road in Boulder Hill at 8:49 a.m. for reports of threatening text messages, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The case remains under investigation, police said.

Tuesday, Nov. 16

Battery at Caterpillar

Alfonso Alexander, 36, of the 0-99 block of Rocky Way in Boulder Hill, was charged with domestic battery after allegedly striking his girlfriend when she came to visit him at Caterpillar, 275 Rt. 31 in Oswego, at 11:05 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.  

Monday, Nov. 15 

Slow down! 

Alexander Glen Seaton, 18, of the 0-99 block of Ridgefield Road in Boulder Hill, was charged with misdemeanor speeding after police clocked him going 75 miles per hour in a 40-mils-per-hour zone at 9:23 p.m. on Route 25 near Boulder Hill Pass, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
