Underage drinking
Thomas Gaffino, 20, of the 500 block of South River Street in Montgomery, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor after a traffic stop at 3:15 a.m. in Bristol, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. Gaffino was a passenger in the car, police said, which was initially stopped for a traffic violation.

Hit and run

Someone drove into a car parked in the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East in Boulder Hill sometime before 8:02 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said, and failed to report the accident. The incident is under investigation, police said.

Drunken driving

Michael Mullen, 56, of the 1700 block of Felton Street in Aurora, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 2:08 a.m. on Route 31 at Caterpillar Drive in unincorporated Kendall County, Sheriff’s deputies said. Mullen was stopped after a witness called 911 to report a possible drunk driver, police said, and he was also charged with driving on a revoked license, improper lane usage and driving without proper insurance.
