Aggravated assault

Kenneth Rogers, 40, of the 0-99 block of Clay Court in Boulder Hill, was charged with aggravated assault against a police officer and resisting a police officer during the course of a domestic violence investigation at his home at 12:32 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Someone stole a basketball from outside a home in the 0-99 block of Springdale Road in Montgomery around 5 p.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Break-ins

Several trailers and RVs parked at The Public Storage at 184 Rt. 30 in Montgomery were broken into sometime before 7 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The incidents remain under investigation, police said.

Facebook harassment

A juvenile was taken into custody at 3 p.m. on Surrey Road in Montgomery and charged with harassment by electronic communication, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The harassment took place over Facebook, police said, and the victim is also a juvenile.

Battery

Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an incident of battery of a juvenile that occurred in the 200 block of Fernwood Road in Boulder Hill around 4:40 p.m. Deputies initially responded to Winrock Park in Boulder Hill for report of a “juvenile problem,” police said, but discovered that the battery took place elsewhere.

Damaged and burglarized

Someone damaged and burgled a car parked in a driveway in the 0-99 block of Denham Drive in Boulder Hill sometime before midnight, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Unidentified… well, you know

Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of a flying object that shattered a window at the intersection of Rt. 25 and Boulder Hill Pass in Boulder Hill, police said.
