Cars shot with BB gun

Kendall County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a rash of damages apparently inflicted by BB gun fire in the 200 block of Fernwood Drive in Montgomery around 2 p.m. Three driver's side windows were shot with BBs and damaged, police said. A fourth car was reported damaged in the 0-99 block of Woodridge Rd. in Montgomery on Tuesday, March 6 at 8:25 a.m., police said.

Someone smashed a car window in the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way in Boulder Hill sometime before 5:45 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The damage was estimated at $250, police said.

Someone damaged the driver’s side window of a car parked in a driveway in the 0-99 block of Briarcliff Road in Montgomery sometime before 11:15 p.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Drink and drugs

Alan Carrillo, 20, of the 800 block of Shagbark Lane in North Aurora, was charged with possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at 11:30 p.m. on Fernwood Road at Briarcliff Road in Boulder Hill, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. Carillo was also charged with driving without a valid license, and for not having a proper rear registration light.

Tuesday, Feb. 28

Stolen car

Uriel Correa, 19, was charged with criminal trespass to motor vehicle after taking a car that did not belong to him at 4:24 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Boulder Hill, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The vehicle was later found and returned to the owner, police said.

Brother vs. brother

Stephen Richards, 23, of the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Boulder Hill, was charged with aggravated assault and domestic battery after allegedly brandishing a knife during a fight with his brother at his home around 5 p.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
