Saturday, Oct. 20

Domestic battery

Phillip Michael Connolly, 31, of the 100 block of Tealwood Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Friday, Oct. 19

In-state warrant

Joshua Carl Lee Suggs, 22, of the 100 block of West Rickard Drive, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. at his residence and charged with a failure to appear disorderly conduct warrant, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Johnnie Robert Lee Watts, 22, of the 2500 block of Bristol Ridge, Bristol, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. in the 100 block of West Rickard Drive and charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Failure to appear warrant

Jackie P. Reinke, 31, of the 2400 block of Roxbury Lane, Montgomery, was arrested at her residence and charged a failure to appear warrant out of LaSalle County for a traffic violation, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at 10:53 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Marnel Road. All four tires of a vehicle had been reported slashed. The incident is under investigation.

Thursday, Oct. 18

No valid driver’s license

Doris Marie Flannery, 57, of the 0-99 block of Marshall Ash Court, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. at Route 30 and Fifth Street and charged with no valid driver’s license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Flannery license had expired in 2007.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

DUI, in-state warrant

Jacob R. Woods, 24 of the 100-200 block of Edgewater Court, Montgomery, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. at Boulder Hill Pass and charged with driving under the influence and two in-state warrants out of Kane County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. 

No valid driver’s license

Luis A. Ramos, 54, of the 300 block of Chicago Road, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. at Route 31 and Albright Road and charged with no valid driver’s license and speeding, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at 3:08 a.m. in the 200 block of Fernwood Road. Two vehicles parked in the driveway sustained about $1,600 worth of damage. The case is under investigation.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

In-state warrant

  • Justin Scott Currin, 21, of the 0-99 block of Seneca Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass and charged with a state warrant for failure to appear out of Kendall County, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.
  • Brandon Scott Olson, 32, of the 1100 block of Prairie Lane, Yorkville, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. at his residence and charged with two warrants out of Kendall County, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of theft that occurred at an unknown time in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass. $180 was reported in loss and damages.  

Monday, Oct. 15

Identity Theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of attempted identity theft that occurred 1:00 p.m. The victim reported someone attempting to use their identity to open an ATT account, but the attempt was unsuccessful.

Battery

Briana Gabrielle Wright, 20, of the 300 block of Barnaby Lane, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass and charged with battery, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Burglary

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of burglary that occurred at an unknown time in the 500 block of Route 30. A lock had been cut off a trailer and valuables were removed. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s office. 

Sunday, Oct. 14

Criminal damage to property

  • Enrique Noel Corral, 36, of the 200 block of Paradise Parkway, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Woodcliff Drive and charged with criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to a residence located in the 0-99 block of Woodcliff Road, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Corral had broken a window pane at the residence.
  • Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred sometime between 7 p.m. on Oct. 13 and 6 a.m. on Oct. 14 at the campground in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road. A vehicle was damaged while it was parked at the campground.

Disorderly conduct

Al Frankie Solis, 23, of the 0-99 block of Briarcliff Road, was arrested at 3 a.m. at his residence and charged with disorderly conduct, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies had responded to a report of a domestic dispute, where they found Solis to be highly intoxicated and yelling in a loud voice disrupting the peace near his residence.

Criminal trespass to vehicle

Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal trespass to a vehicle that occurred t 12:30 a.m. in the 6700 block of Pavilion Road, Yorkville. An ATV had been removed from the property, but the victim was able to get the property back a short distance away from the residence.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Criminal defacement of property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal defacement to property that occurred sometime between Oct. 12 and Oct. 13 in the 0-99 block of Lexington Circle, Aurora. The victim reported something vulgar had been spray-painted on their garage door overnight.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

Residential burglary

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a residential burglary that occurred at an unknown time in the 100 block of Harbor Drive. The front door had reportedly been forced open and items totaling approximately $1,900 were taken.
