Accident leads to DUI charge

Camilo Rojas, 23, of Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence after the vehicle he was driving struck another vehicle in the intersection of Route 30 and Douglas Road at about 1 a.m. June 15, according to Montgomery Police.  The vehicle fled the scene and was located at his residence by Oswego Police.  He was also issued citations for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to give information or aid and disobeying a traffic control device.

Property managers reported several suspects had jumped the fence and swam in a clubhouse pool in the 2000 block of Oakmont Drive without authorization at about 1:45 a.m. June 15, according to Montgomery Police.

Tyler Page, 21, of the 0 – 100 block of Sheffield Road, Montgomery, was charged with retail theft at about noon June 15 after he concealed three bottles of alcohol and left a store in the 1800 block of Douglas Road without paying, according to Montgomery Police.
