Vehicle vandalism

Someone knocked out the windows of a 2004 Lincoln at 1:30 a.m. in the 3200 block of Marbil Farm Road, police said.

Thursday, Aug. 16

Storage trailer vandalized

A storage trailer sustained damage sometime over the last month in the 800 block of South River Street, police said. Reports state there was nothing taken from the trailer.

Saturday, Aug. 18

Juveniles net alcohol charges

Two 16-year-olds were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol at 12:23 a.m. in the 200 block of Parker Avenue after police responded to a suspicious vehicle by residents, police said.

Retail theft, unlawful possession of a controlled substance

Jami Lynn Green, 34, of the 100 block of Marsch Avenue, Montgomery, was arrested for retail theft after employees observed her conceal and leave the store without paying for $266 in merchandise, police said. Reports state police also discovered prescription pain medication that wasn’t prescribed to her and she was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, Aug. 19

Disorderly conduct, public intoxication

Dominic Lewis, 29, of the 1000 block of Harmony Ave, Montgomery, was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication at 10 a.m. in the 400 block of Route 30, police said. Reports state police were dispatched to a retail store because an employee discovered Lewis was asleep inside the store on the floor.

Retail theft

Ricardo Valle, 30, of the 500 block of Spring St. Aurora, was arrested for retail theft after store officials observed Valle exit the store with merchandise he failed to pay for, at 9 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Douglas Road.
