Montgomery Police Blotter: Vehicle Traffic Stop Nets Drug Charge
The driver of the vehicle was arrested on a Kendall County Sheriff's Department traffic warrant.
Steven Williams, 21, of the 500 block of Washington Street, Yorkville, was arrested on a Kendall County Sheriff’s Department traffic warrant after Montgomery police made contact with him on a traffic stop at 12:10 a.m. Oct. 15 at Douglas and Montgomery roads, police said.
Reports state that during the stop, the passenger of the vehicle, Daniel Garcia Aguado, 19, of the 2200 block of Andrew Trail, Montgomery, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after police located a small amount of the drug where Garcia Aguado was sitting inside the vehicle.
