Aggravated fleeing and eluding

Joe White, 31, of the 0-99 block of Ingleshire Road in Montgomery, was charged with drunken driving, aggravated fleeing and eluding, and multiple traffic violations after he led Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies on an early-morning chase through Oswego Township, police said. At one point during the chase, White snapped off his headlights, according to police. White was eventually stopped at 2:25 a.m. on Saugatuck Road near Pueblo Road, police said.

Possession

Jordan Repka, 24, of the 100 block of Van Nortwick Avenue in Batavia, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 12:30 a.m. at Orchard Road and Knell Road, Montgomery police said. Repka’s car was stopped for speeding through a construction zone, police said, and officers smelled burning marijuana from inside.

Underage drinking times four

Four men, one from Montgomery, were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor after a traffic stop at 3:58 a.m. at Century Drive and York Drive in Oswego, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The four: Steven Rivera, 20, of the 0-99 block of Winter Hill Circle in Montgomery; Bradley Lemar, 20, of the 200 block of Willowwood Drive in Oswego; Nicholas Welch, 20, of the 200 block of Fox Chase Drive in Oswego; and Nicholas Vrbanec, 20, of the 0-99 block of Oakwood Drive in Oswego. Lemar was also charged with speeding and served notice of a zero tolerance license suspension, police said.

Drunken battery

Nicholas Stadler, 20, of the 0-99 block of Chatham Road in Boulder Hill, was charged with domestic battery and illegal consumption of alcohol after police found him at 4:45 p.m. in the Amesbury Road area of Boulder Hill, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. Anthony Urrutia, 21, of Sterling, was charged with driving on a revoked license for driving Stadler around, police said.

That’s not how Mr. Miyagi taught you

Someone tagged a wooded fence in the 0-99 block of Red Fox Run with graffiti sometime before 1:45 p.m., Montgomery police said. The homeowner removed the paint, police said.

Brick vs. car

Someone used bricks to smash in two windows of a 1994 Nissan Altima parked in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive in Boulder Hill sometime before 8:06 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Been caught stealing

Two 14-year-olds were charged with retail theft after employees of a store in the 2000 block of Orchard Road saw them conceal an electronic item valued at $35 and leave the store around 5 p.m., Montgomery police said.

Wednesday, July 20

Breaking and taking

Someone broke the front glass door of a restaurant in the 1400 block of Douglas Road sometime overnight and stole an undetermined amount of cash from the register, Montgomery police said.

This deserves to be quoted

Tevallis Yankleway, 23, of the 1600 block of Ridgeway Street in Chicago, was charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct after witnesses saw him “with his pants off, exposing himself in a residential area,” Montgomery police said. The arrest occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Jackson Street and Waubonsia Avenue, police said.

Not cool, kid

An unnamed Montgomery juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at 9:45 p.m. on Walnut Street and Freemont Street in Yorkville, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. The juvenile was initially stopped for failure to signal, and making an improper right-hand turn, police said.
