Police Blotter: Sugar Poured in Gas Tank, Stolen iPhone, ID Theft

June 5

Kendall County Sheriff's police said someone poured sugar into the gas tank of a car parked in the 8800 block of Van Emmon Road in unincorporated Yorkville, police said.

June 6

An unknown vehicle struck a vehicle parked on the roadway on Terrace Lane, then drove away, Oswego police said.

A resident in the 2400 block of Light Road, unincorporated Oswego, reported that three credit cards were taken from the home and used without permission, Kendall County Sheriff's police said.

An unknown person stole a mislaid iPhone at Party City, 3060 Route 34, Oswego police said.

June 7

A female juvenile was arrested after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, according to Kendall County Sheriff's police. Police said it was discovered the juvenile had consumed alcohol; she was taken into custody, charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and subsequently released to her parents.

June 8

Someone slashed two tires on a vehicle overnight in the 0-100 block of Fieldpoint Road, unincorporated Montgomery, according to Kendall County Sheriff's police.
