Two people were nabbed for driving under the influence of alcohol Feb. 2, Montgomery police said.
- Mark Talley, 35, of the 1100 block of Garfield Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. at Montgomery Road and Howell after the vehicle he was driving rear-ended another vehicle, police said. Reports state no one was injured in the accident.
- Olzaneth Juarez, 21, of the 3200 block of Julie Lane, Montgomery, was arrested for DUI after the vehicle she was driving crossed over the center line striking another vehicle head-on at 3:45 a.m. at Route 30 and Griffin, police said. Reports state the driver of the second vehicle was transported to Rush Copley Hospital with non-life threating injuries.
