Eugene R. Preuser, 37, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, was charged with domestic battery at 8:30 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery police said.

Reports state he made physical contact with and threw an alcoholic beverage on a household member.
