Police Blotter: Man Nets Domestic Battery Charge After Spat With Family Member
He was also charged with resisting a peace officer.
Douglas Kamphaus, 50, of the 1800 block of Grandview Place, Montgomery, was charged with domestic battery after police said he caused bodily harm and made contact of an insulting and provoking nature with a family member after an argument at 8:35 p.m. Dec. 8 at his residence.
Kamphaus was also charged with resisting a peace officer after he pulled away from officer’s trying to arrest him, police said.
