Police Blotter: Man Nets Aggravated DUI Charge

Jon Grizzle, 53, of the 2000 block of Pecos Circle, Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for failure to signal at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at Douglas Road and Seasons Ridge, Montgomery police said.

Grizzle was also charged with felony aggravated DUI after driving on a driver’s license that was previously suspended for DUI, police said.
