Monday, May 16
Drunken driving, child in car
Luis Enrique Perez-Gonzalez, 35, of the 0-99 block of Durango Street in Boulder Hill, was charged with two counts of felony drunken driving after a traffic stop at midnight on Montgomery Road at Douglas Road, Montgomery police said. Perez-Gonzalez had a child in the car with him, police said, leading to a charge of endangering the life of a child. Perez-Gonzalez was also charged with driving without a valid license.

Drunken driving, part two
Thomas Salazar, 25, of Kansas City, Missouri, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 2:55 a.m. in the 1700 block of Orchard Road, Montgomery police said. Salazar was initially stopped for disregarding a traffic control device, police said.

Stealing entertainment
Two women in a black Chevrolet Impala stole a 19-inch television and a Blu-Ray player from a store in the 1900 block of South Douglas Road at 4:10 p.m., Montgomery police said.
Mirror missing
Someone stole a driver’s side mirror from a 2002 Cadillac Escalade parked in a retail lot in the 1100 block of Ogden Avenue at 6:15 p.m., Montgomery police said.
Scrap metal stolen
Someone stole a pile of scrap metal from a driveway in the 0-99 block of North Bereman Road in Boulder Hill between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
Wednesday, May 11Caught with pot
Troy Beardon, 19, of the 2700 block of Emma Circle in Montgomery, was charged with possession of marijuana at 3:20 p.m. in the 2500 block of Pecos Circle, Montgomery police said. Police were initially called to the neighborhood to investigate a suspicious vehicle, police said.
Not neighborly behavior
Nora Thomas, 51, of the 600 block of Amber Drive in Montgomery, was charged with battery after she pushed a neighbor in the shoulder at 4:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of Amber Drive, Montgomery police said. She was also charged with criminal trespass to property after entering a neighbor’s apartment, despite being told such entry was illegal, police said.
