Brenda Gutierrez, 26, of the 700 block of Benton Street, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she was found parked on the shoulder of the road in the driver’s seat Dec. 15 in the 2000 block of Aucutt Road, Montgomery police said.

Reports state she was also charged with transportation of open alcohol.
