Breaking and entering

Someone pried open the back door of a business in the 1300 block of Douglas Road sometime before 1:20 a.m., said. Nothing was reported missing, according to police.

Montgomery police responded to a fight between two neighbors in the 100 block of Riverside Drive over the condition of their lawns at around 6 p.m. Both women pushed each other, police said, and were separated by family members. No arrests were made, police said.

Drunken driving

Jonathan Rudin, 21, of the 2600 block of Village Green Drive in Aurora, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 1:30 a.m. on Route 30 at Orchard Road, Montgomery police said. Rudin was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after officers found a pipe in his car, police said. Rudin was initially stopped for tailgating a squad car, police said.

No seat belt leads to felony charges

Alexander Zepeda, 38, of the 0-99 block of Briarcliff Road, was charged with felony driving on a suspended license at 9:10 a.m. on Troon Drive at Rebecca Lane, Montgomery police said. Zepeda was initially stopped for not wearing a seat belt, police said, and felony charges were authorized due to prior suspended license convictions.

Leave the booze at home

Antonio Arriaga, 44, of the 500 block of Downer Place in Aurora, was charged with driving on a revoked license and illegal transportation of alcohol after a traffic stop at 12:15 p.m. on Montgomery Road at Pleasant Place, Montgomery police said. Arriaga was initially stopped for disobeying a construction barricade, police said.
