Drunken driving, part one
James Neary, 21, of the 200 block of Suzy Court in Plano, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 1:35 a.m. on Horseman Trail at Route 30, Montgomery police said. Neary was initially stopped for improper lane usage, police said, and was also charged with driving on a revoked license.

Eric Wood, 18, of the 100 block of Galena Boulevard in Aurora, was charged with drunken driving after police found him asleep at the wheel in the roadway at 12:50 a.m. on Lafayette Street at Montgomery Road, Montgomery police said.

Someone broke into a garage in the 400 block of Montgomery Road sometime before 7:30 p.m. and stole a 1994 Harley Davidson motorcycle, Montgomery police said.
Friday, April 13
No doctor in the house
Marc Isadore, 31, of the 500 block of Heritage Lane in Oswego, was charged with deceptive practice after allegedly altering a prescription for medication, Montgomery police said. Isadore was arrested at 6:45 p.m. at a store in the 2000 block of Orchard Road, police said.
