Drunken driving, part the first

Ramiro Perez, 45, of the 2300 block of Patron Lane in Montgomery, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 2:15 a.m. on Route 30 at Gordon Road, said. Perez was initially stopped for improper lane usage, police said.

Ryan Coop, 28, of the 0-99 block of Old Post Road in Boulder Hill, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 3:20 a.m. on River Street at Ashland Avenue, Montgomery police said. Coop was initially stopped for driving on his front passenger rim, police said.

Open container

David Saenz, 18, of the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way in Boulder Hill, was charged with possession of alcohol after police found an open container in his vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:25 a.m. on Douglas Road at Route 30, Montgomery police said. Saenz was initially stopped for not having a rear registration plate light, police said.

From out of nowhere

Someone shot a bb gun and hit a woman in the leg on Douglas Road at 1:35 p.m., Montgomery police said. The woman didn’t see or hear anything, and refused medical treatment, police said.

Drunken driving, part the third

Juan Lemus, 25, of the 0-99 block of North Anderson Street in Aurora, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 5:20 a.m. on Rochester Street at Cornell Lane, Montgomery police said. Lemus was initially stopped for speeding, police said.
