Possession
Jeremy Herrington, 27, of the 500 block of Hartford Avenue in Aurora, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 3:10 a.m. at Montgomery and Douglas roads, Montgomery police said. Herrington was also cited for driving on a suspended license.

Jorge Ibarra, 27, of the 100 block of Braeburn Street in Boulder Hill, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 9:15 a.m. at Briarcliff Road and Route 30, Montgomery police said. Ibarra was initially stopped for making an illegal turn, police said.

Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a disorderly conduct incident that involved two unidentified young boys at 4 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Chatham Place in Boulder Hill, deputies said.

Kids and drugs don’t mix
A 17-year-old male from Montgomery was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:16 p.m. at an undisclosed address, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
