Montgomery police charged a 14-year-old girl with theft of services after she refused to pay for a taxi ride from Aurora to her residence in the 2100 block of Gallant Fox Circle in Montgomery at 3:25 a.m., police said.

Theft reported
Keith Robinson, 35, of the 100 block of Blackhawk Avenue in Aurora, was charged with retail theft after employees of a store in the 1900 block of South Douglas Road saw him conceal merchandise and leave without paying at 4:49 p.m., Montgomery police said.
