Monday, Dec. 12

No headlights leads to drug charges

Jeramy Windle, 18, of the 6000 block of Sundown Lane in Yorkville, was charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at 5:49 p.m. at Saugatuck Road and Circle Drive East in Boulder Hill, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. Windle was initially stopped for driving without headlights, police said.

Someone damaged Christmas decorations on three homes in the 100 block of Red Fox Run in Montgomery sometime between 3 and 4 a.m., Montgomery police said.

Rear window pain

Someone smashed the rear window of a car parked in the street in the 3000 block of Fairfield Way around 10:50 a.m., Montgomery police said. Nothing was taken from inside the vehicle, police said.

Thursday, Dec. 8

Burglary to motor vehicle

Someone stole a car stereo face place from a vehicle parked in the 0-99 block of South Bereman Road in Boulder Hill sometime before 1:47 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Burglary to motor vehicle, part two

Someone stole several items totaling $230 from a car parked in the 0-99 block of Knollwood Court in Boulder Hill sometime before 7:37 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

Burglary to motor vehicle, the trilogy

Someone entered an unlocked car parked in the street in the 100 block of Hartway Drive around 8:50 a.m. and stole $25 worth of items, Montgomery police said.

Look for a gold Trailblazer

Montgomery police are searching for a man who entered a home in the 100 block of Fellemore Lane around 1:55 p.m.and removed various items. Police said the man fled the scene in a gold Chevrolet Trailblazer.

Armed robbery

Montgomery police are looking for a black male suspect who allegedly entered a cellular telephone store in the 1900 block of Douglas Avenue at 4:25 p.m. with a handgun and stole numerous cell phones. The man is described as six-foot-three, 250-300 pounds, and wearing a black jacket and hat. Anyone with information is asked to call the Montgomery Police Tip Line at 630-897-8707 ext. 3300, or Aurora Area Crime Stoppers at 630-892-1000. Callers to Crime Stoppers remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.

Drunken driving, fighting

Daniel Bydalek, 30, of the 0-99 block of Juniper Drive in North Aurora, was charged with drunken driving after Montgomery police responded to a fight in progress in the 2200 block of Margaret Drive at 10:20 p.m., police said. Police located Byladek’s vehicle parked in a grassy median, and also charged a passenger, Gregory Snyder, 29, of the 400 block of Meadowrue Lane in Batavia, with battery for allegedly striking Byladek, police said.

Wednesday, Dec. 7

Drug paraphernalia

Darrell Arnold, 49, of the 1400 block of Levato Lane in Minooka, and Kathleen Hankes, 38, of the 2400 block of Marquette Street in Peru, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 2:21 a.m. at Route 31 and Route 30 in Montgomery, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. Arnold was also charged with driving on a revoked license, police said.

Tuesday, Dec. 6 

Stealing out the door

Tennille Jennings, 28, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive in Montgomery, was charged with retail theft after employees of a store in the 2000 block of Orchard Road saw her conceal items in her coat and leave without paying at 12:45 p.m., Montgomery police said.
