Juan Gomez-Medina, 35, of the 400 block of Bianco Drive, Elk Grove Village, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for improper lance usage at 11:20 p.m. at Route 25 and Keck Avenue, police said.

Obstruction

Reports state Courtnie Donatlan, 31, of the 1300 block of Royal Drive, was arrested for obstructing and resisting a peace officer after police responded to a loud music complaint inside her residence at 3:10 a.m.
