Over 40 DVDs Reported Stolen From Store: Police

Sunday, Sept. 29

Stolen vehicle

Victim reported their 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen from their residence between 1:00 a.m. – 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 29 in the 2000 block of William Drive. 

Warrant

Adan Pagan, 41, of the 700 block of Second Ave Aurora, turned himself in at the MPD on a Kendall County Sheriff’s Department Battery Warrant at 10:45 a.m., said Montgomery police.

No valid driver’s license

Anthony Andujar, 18, of the 2000 block of Kate Drive Montgomery, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. at Route 30 and Orchard for No Valid Driver’s License after police stopped his vehicle for not having headlights, said Montgomery police.

Saturday, Sept. 28

Retail theft

Store Officials reported unknown suspects stole (46) Blu-Ray DVDs from the store valued at $1,335 at 8 p.m. in the 2000 block of Orchard Road, said Montgomery police.

Counterfeit currency

A store official reported they received a $20 bill that appeared to be counterfeit.  The currency will be turned over to the US Secret Service, said Montgomery police.

Theft

Resident reported someone stole their blue “Mountain Glacier Brand” Mountain Bike, valued at $250.00 from their front yard in the 2400 block of Deer Point.

Warrant

Jessica Baley, 26, of the 2400 block of Wild Cherry Ct. Aurora, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. in the 1300 block of Park Drive on a DuPage County Sheriff’s Department DUI Warrant, while police were investigating a civil dispute in the 1300 block of Park Drive, said Montgomery police.

Friday, Sept. 27

Burglary

Montgomery police officers responded to a burglar alarm at an automotive repair business in the 1400 block of S. Douglas at 1:15 a.m.  Upon arrival officers located a shattered glass door.  Suspect(s) entered the business and took an undetermined amount of United States currency.

Thursday, Sept. 26

No valid driver’s license

Megean Thomas, 26, of the 400 block of N. River St. Aurora, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. at Orchard and Rochester Drive and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license, said Montgomery police. She was also charged for driving a vehicle with suspended registration.

Warrant

Roel Flores, 25, of the 2000 block of Fox Pointe Drive Aurora, was arrested at 5 a.m. in the 800 block of Montgomery road on a Kendall County Sheriff’s Department Traffic Warrant after his vehicle was stopped by police, said Montgomery police.
