Oswego Robbery Suspect Assigned Bond
Boulder Hill man given $250,000 bond for June incident.
The Kendall County Sheriff’s Department has identified 20-year-old Boulder Hill resident Jubari Tuggles in a June robbery of an Oswego convenience store.
A Kendall County judge has set his bond at $250,000 for the incident, according to a sheriff’s department press release.
On Dec. 15 Tuggles was charged with two counts of armed robbery, a class X felony, after detectives recovered property stolen from the robbery. He also confessed in an interview, the release said.

Three offenders entered the store with a baseball bat and a handgun, and threatened the clerk. They stole cash and lottery tickets, according to the release.
He was already in the Kendall County jail on an unrelated matter, the press release said. His total bond amount is $325,000 and he would need to post 10 percent to be released, according to the press release.
