No Headlights at 1 A.M. Leads to Drunk Driving Arrest: DUI Arrests

A roundup of recent DUI arrests in Kendall County.

Sunday, Jan. 19


Agustin Xochina-Flores, 35, of the 1700 block of Illinois Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. at Route 34 and Ogden Falls and charged for driving under the influence and for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. He was additionally charged for driving without lights when required.

Saturday, Jan. 18


  • Raul Corral, 29, of the 500 block of Sweet Briar Street, Plano, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. in the 9200 block of Galena Road and charged with driving under the influence following a single-car accident, said Yorkville police. Corral’s vehicle ran off the road and ran into a concrete water well. He was additionally charged for the illegal transportation of alcohol and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
  • Jose Jacquez Jr., 41, of the 4800 block of Weaver Street, Oswego, was arrested at 5:13 a.m. at Minkler south of Route 71 and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. He was also cited for improper lane usage.
  • Adrian Villegas, 21, of the 600 block of Manhattan Circle, Oswego, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. at Routes 34 and 31 and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police

Wednesday, Jan. 15

DUI

Robert J. Biahut, 59, of the 400 block of East Spring Street, Yorkville, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. at Minkler Road just south of Route 71 and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. He was also cited for improper lane usage.
