Montgomery Police Arrest Man Who Eluded Cops for 10 Years

Toledo Castorena of Aurora reportedly used 10 different fake names over the years to avoid arrests for DUI and drugs, but a Montgomery detective posing as a tow truck driver finally brought him in.

An Aurora man who eluded law enforcement for 10 years on outstanding drunken driving and drug warrants was captured Sunday by a detective—pretending to be a tow truck driver.

Toledo Castorena, 38, of the 900 block of South Fourth Street in Aurora, had used 10 different fictitious names and dates of birth over the past decade, according to Montgomery police.

Castorena had 11 outstanding warrants from area law enforcement agencies, including two from Montgomery: a drunken driving charge from 2000, and a 2001 charge of driving on a revoked license, police said. Other charges included felony possession of controlled substances, and minor traffic infractions, police said.
