Montgomery Men Charged in July 7 Burglary

One out on bond, three others still in jail.

Four Montgomery men have been charged with burglary and criminal trespass, stemming from a theft from a home in the 0-100 block of Sonora Road July 7. 

After an investigation, warrants were issued for the men July 10, and later that day sheriff's deputies arrested Jacob M Owens-McGuiness, 18, of the 0-100 block of Sonora Road, Montgomery; Charles E Peterson 18, of the 0-100 block of Ingelshire Road, Montgomery; Bobby J Hoeft, 23, 0-100 block of Eastfield Road, Montgomery; and Spencer K Spang, 21, of the 0-100 block of Pembrooke Road, Montgomery. 

According to the sheriff's office, the four were taken to the Kendall County Jail. Owens-McGuiness posted bond July 11 and was released.  His alleged accomplices still are in custody.
