Montgomery Man Charged with Battery at Bret Michaels Concert
Fergus Keane was charged after an argument over assigned seating at the show in Sandwich, police said.
Fergus Keane was looking for nothing but a good time. But he found out that every rose has its thorn—or, in this case, a misdemeanor battery charge.
Keane, 39, of the 2000 block of Hanbury Lane in Montgomery, was charged after an argument over assigned seating at the Bret Michaels concert on Friday at Timber Creek Hotel in Sandwich, according to police there. Police said Keane allegedly struck another concertgoer.
He was later located, police said, and turned himself in after complaints were signed.

Michaels, lead singer of the glam-rock band Poison, was in Sandwich for a solo concert in front of hundreds of fans. Michaels is also known for starring in the reality series Rock of Love.
