Joseph Michael Parashis, 33, of the 2500 block of Caliendo Circle, Montgomery, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with speeding more than 40 mph over the limit, police said. A deputy stopped Parashis at Route 30 and Griffen Drive, where he was traveling at 87 mph in a 45 mph zone, according to police.May 21
