An Aurora man driving with a 7-month-old in his vehicle was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:39 p.m. Sept. 1 at Jericho Road and Lindenwood Avenue, Montgomery Police said.
Reports state Pedro Herrera, 24, of the 1300 block of Solfisburg Avenue, was initially pulled over for improper lane usage.
He was subsequentially arrested on three counts of felony aggravated DUI based on his three previous DUI violations, police said.
Police said the aggravated DUI charge also stems from Herrera having a child passenger and felony driving with a revoked license, based on driving on a suspended license while driving under the influence of alcohol.
